The Concept Of Naturecure & Yoga

Naturopathy believes in the principle of five elements of nature - earth, sky, fire, water, and wind. These five elements are the source of energy and help in the treatment. The root cause of all disease is supposed to be the accumulation of foreign matter and waste products in the body. In diseased state the body excretes all foreign matter and waste products. Naturopathy hence tries to eliminate the root cause of illness. It does not suppress symptoms because it might interfere with healing.
Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an alternative medicine that treats patients by insertion and manipulation of needles in the body. It aims to restore and maintain health through the stimulation of specific points on the body.

Acupuncture is done with extremely thin, flexible needles made of steel metal alloy. There is nothing special about the needle itself; it is merely a tool used to correct the energy imbalance in the body (or to release neurotransmitters).

According to the Chinese, there is a network of energy (called chi or qi ) that flows through the body and connects acupuncture points through different channels called meridians .

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering a person's mind, mood, cognitive function or health. Other stated uses include pain and anxiety reduction, enhancement of energy and short-term memory, relaxation, hair loss prevention, and reduction of eczema-induced itching.

It is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

It is thought to help the body's stress response by lowering levels of hormones such as cortisol. Getting a massage can do you a world of good. And getting massage frequently can do even more. This is the beauty of bodywork. Taking part in this form of regularly scheduled self-care can play a huge part in how healthy you’ll be and how youthful you’ll remain with each passing year.

Colours are certain wavelengths of electro-magnetic energy seen through our eyes. The colour we see is the part of the visible spectrum that is reflected back by a certain object.

Each color relates to one of the 7 main chakras. Therefore in Chromotherapy, we work on the chakras that display irregular variation of energy to re-establish the energy balance. To accomplish this, we apply the corresponding light to the chakra that needs to be adjusted. This application of light can be made by the use of colored light bulbs, colored lenses, crystals or simply the mind.

Magnets have the power to promote the growth of cells and they increase the number of healthy red blood corpuscles. Magnets have the potential to clean, purify and ionize the blood. Activities of the heart and the blood pressure are at ease. Secretion of hormones gets regulated and it also improves the skin lustre. Practitioners match their observations to iris charts, which divide the iris into zones that correspond to specific parts of the human body. Iridologists see the eyes as "windows" into the body's state of health.

The therapy uses the by-now well-established knowledge, that our body, like all other living beings in the universe, has the vital energy to cure itself, without any interference from external sources. It does not require chemicals or medicines from outside, because the body heals itself by creating the requisite hormones and chemicals.
